This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit foreverfreezeco.com (the "Site"), sign up for our emails, contact us, or buy our products, and how we use and protect it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
-
Orders: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address, entered at checkout.
-
Payment details: your card or payment information is entered into and processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or similar). We never see or store your full card number.

Email subscription: your email address, if you choose to subscribe to our email list.
-
Contact and wholesale inquiries: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message when you use our contact form.
-

Information collected automatically
-
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you move through the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies by our website platform (Wix) and analytics tools.
-
Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) on the Site. It collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you make a purchase, so we can measure our ads and show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
-
Process, fulfill, ship, and track your orders, and send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
-
Respond to your questions, wholesale inquiries, and custom order requests.
-
Send you marketing emails about new products, markets, promotions, and news, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
-
Run and measure advertising campaigns, including ads on Facebook and Instagram.
-
Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
-
Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our business and customers.
-
Meet legal obligations, including food safety traceability and recall requirements that apply to food businesses.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
-
Website and e-commerce platform: Wix, which hosts the Site and processes orders.
-
Payment processors: to take payment securely.
-
Shipping carriers: such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to deliver your order.
-
Email service providers: to send order updates and, if you subscribed, our newsletter.
-
Advertising and analytics partners: such as Meta, as described above.
-
Professional advisors and authorities: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
If Forever Freeze is ever sold or merged with another business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files placed on your device that help the Site work (for example, keeping items in your cart) and help us understand traffic and measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking all cookies may stop parts of the Site, such as checkout, from working.
To limit ads based on your activity, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
To stop marketing emails, click "unsubscribe" in any email or contact us at the address below. We will still send transactional emails about orders you have placed.
5. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (Wix and PCI-compliant payment processors) for hosting and payment security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any returns or questions, and meet tax, accounting, and food safety record-keeping requirements. We keep your email address on our marketing list until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what information we have and how we use it. Some state laws give residents additional rights. To make a request, email us at the address below with enough detail to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may keep information we are legally required to retain.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service
Welcome to foreverfreezeco.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Airfamco LLC, doing business as Forever Freeze Co. ("Forever Freeze," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you order or contact us.
2. Our products
-
What we sell: freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, ice cream, candy, and specialty treats, handmade in small batches in Wilmington, Delaware.
-
Availability: products are made in limited quantities and may sell out. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.
-
Pricing: prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
-
Descriptions and images: we do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but freeze-dried products are handmade and natural, so size, shape, color, and texture vary from batch to batch. Images are illustrative. We do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content are free of errors, and we may correct errors at any time, including after an order is placed.
-
Promo codes: discount codes (such as a first-order code) apply only as described in the offer, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Allergens and ingredients
Our products are made in a shared commercial kitchen that also handles major allergens, including milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Although we take care to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of any allergen. Ingredient and allergen statements are printed on each package and shown on the product page. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please read the label before eating and contact us with any questions before ordering. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you or anyone you give it to.
4. Food safety, storage, and handling
Freeze-dried products are shelf-stable when kept sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, they absorb moisture from the air and will soften; reseal the bag tightly and eat within a few days for best quality. Candy and ice cream products may be affected by heat during shipping in warm weather. After delivery, you are responsible for proper storage and handling, and we are not responsible for changes in quality caused by improper storage, exposure to moisture or heat, or use after the best-by date.
Our products are snacks, not medical, nutritional, or dietary treatment. Information on the Site about nutrition or freeze-drying is general information and not medical advice.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits, and we may limit quantities per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment processor; by submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Processing and transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's control, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we cannot redirect a package or refund an order that was delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address.
7. Returns, damaged items, and refunds
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final, except as stated here. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging, and we will replace the item or refund it at our choice. Softening of freeze-dried candy or ice cream caused by heat in transit during warm months is a known risk of shipping these products and is not considered damage, though we will always try to help.
8. Custom, event, and wholesale orders
Custom packaging, event favors, bulk orders, and wholesale pricing are arranged through our contact form and are governed by the quote, invoice, or agreement we provide for that order, which will control over these Terms where they differ. Custom orders typically require a deposit and may not be cancellable once production begins.
9. Email and marketing
By subscribing to our email list you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Subscribing to or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect the order emails we send about purchases you make.
10. Our content and trademarks
The Forever Freeze Co. name, logo, product names, photographs, text, and designs on the Site belong to Airfamco LLC or our licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You may share links to our Site and products.
11. Your use of the Site
You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it, use it to send spam, or submit false information. We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law of your state.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airfamco LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Site with its effective date. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and standard online orders.
